For individual evaluation, the web app's free tier includes 5 scribe sessions per month. The optional Word add-in has a separate allowance of 2,000 AI-writing words per month.
What the guided evaluation covers
Choose one concrete workflow
Start with a defined job such as SOAP or DAP note drafting in the web app. Use the optional Word add-in only where it fits the practice workflow.
Agree on success before starting
Define the number of participating clinicians, the activation milestone, review requirements, and the time or consistency measure the practice will use to judge fit.
Review privacy requirements first
We discuss the intended data flow before any clinical use. The Business Associate Agreement is included on every plan and accepted in the app, so your clinicians can start on real sessions from day one.
Make an evidence-based decision
At the end of the agreed evaluation, compare the result with the starting baseline and decide whether MentalNote is useful enough to continue. Applying does not commit the practice to a plan.
