Visit the Microsoft Office Add-ins Marketplace, search for "Mental Note AI," and click "Get it now." The add-in will appear in your Word ribbon under the Add-ins tab. You can also access it directly from within Word by going to Insert > Get Add-ins and searching for Mental Note AI.

First, try closing and reopening Microsoft Word. If the issue persists, check your internet connection, as Mental Note AI requires an active connection to generate notes. You can also try clearing your Office cache by going to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Trusted Add-in Catalogs, then clearing the cache. If none of these steps resolve the issue, try removing and reinstalling the add-in from the marketplace. Contact support@mentalnote.ai if you continue to experience problems.

You can upgrade directly within the Mental Note AI add-in in Microsoft Word. Open the add-in, navigate to your account settings, and select the Unlimited plan. You can choose between monthly billing at $99/month or annual billing at $990/year (saving $198). Payment is processed securely, and your upgrade takes effect immediately.

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Unlimited plan at any time with no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and you'll automatically revert to the free plan with 2,000 words per month.

All clinical content is processed in real-time within your Microsoft Word environment and never leaves the Microsoft ecosystem.
